Haley and Kyle’s Fort Collins engagement session was at the peak of fall colors! Bright yellow leaves and a crisp breeze in the air were the perfect way to celebrate their recent engagement and get their wedding planning rolling!

Haley reach out with the desire to get engagement photos done as soon as possible, and we were blessed with the perfect weather in early October. Fall engagement photos are so much fun because Colorado always puts on a show. We were at Arapaho Bend in Fort Collins, and were able to explore the area and take in all the colorful trees!

Haley and Kyle were easy going and very kind. By looking at these pictures, you would think there were naturals. In reality, they were nervous, and have actually very few photos together because of this! I was honored to help capture their love in an authentic and real way.

Also, they have the most adorable black lab! I mean look at him (*insert heart eye emoji*). I LOVE when couples bring their dogs and this time was no exception.

Planning a wedding can be stressful, but engagement photos should not be! Don’t just take it from me, this is what Haley said after their session:

“My fiancé and I always hate photos of us together, but I REALLY wanted engagement photos. I was a little nervous going into it because I wasn’t really what to expect, but she made it so much fun and not awkward at ALL. Even my fiancé who absolutely HATES photos had a great time. We brought our dog with us to include in some of the photos and she was great at interacting with him and coming up with ideas. I was so happy when seeing all the photos!”
